Termite & Pest Inspection.
If your home is in a termite-risk area (most of Sydney is), the manual asks for this annually. We inspect timber, sub-floors, roof voids, and the termite management system installed at build, and flag activity early before it becomes structural. Includes a general pest check (rodents, ants, wood borers) and a written report.
