What this is — and what it isn't.

Varloch Maintenance is in development as the operational arm of Varloch Care. The service will handle yearly inspections, gutter and roof care, re-staining, render and damp work, on-call electricians and plumbers — the unglamorous but compounding work that keeps a $5m residential build performing at year ten.

Most maintenance on premium residential builds gets neglected because the homeowner is managing twelve separate trades a year. Built-in maintenance is the fix — one team, one schedule, the same people who know how the house was put together. We'd rather the trades who originally specced and installed the work be the ones who come back to look at it.

We won't advertise a service we can't currently deliver. This page exists so you know what's coming, and so we can talk to the people who want it before it goes live.
