Varloch Electrical and Varloch Carpentry are the next two divisions launching under the Varloch Group roof. The same in-house principle that runs Construction, Architecture, and Plumbing — same payroll, same daily log, same photographic record — applied to two more trades.
Varloch Electrical
Same crew, holding the licence.
Electrical, run by people who were on site for the carpentry, the framing, and the plaster. No more arriving on a Tuesday after a Friday rough-in to ask where the chase is. The cabling diagram lives on the same daily log as everything else.
Varloch Carpentry
The same standard, applied to joinery.
Carpentry as a standalone service — door sets, built-ins, stair work, repairs to existing joinery. Same site-team standards, same photographic record, same payroll as the framing carpenters already on Varloch builds.
