What this is — and what it isn't.

Varloch Electrical is in development. The service will cover residential rough-in, second-fix, switchboard upgrades, smart-home integration, and the kind of coordinated electrical work that benefits from being on the same team as the builder.

On a complex residential project, electrical is one of the trades most often handed off to a separate contractor — and it's where the most expensive coordination errors happen. Wrong cable path, missed wall plates, conduit clashes, switchboards specced before the load is known. Bringing this in-house means the people running the wiring sat in the same site meetings as the people pouring the slab.

We won't advertise a service we can't currently deliver. This page exists so you know what's coming, and so we can talk to the people who want it before it goes live.
