An annual eyes-on assessment of your whole home. We walk the roof, sub-floor, wet areas, façade, and grounds, identify anything that needs attention now versus what to monitor, and deliver a written report with photos and a prioritised action list. Particularly worth doing in autumn before winter rains, and as a baseline before insurance renewals.
