Per the manual: prune trees on the 2–5 year cycle and check for branches near outdoor HVAC units annually. We engage qualified arborists, support council approval where required for protected trees, and clean up debris. The manual specifically asks owners to speak to an arborist before planting near the house — happy to provide that advice too.
