HVAC / Ducted Air Service.
Per the manual's monthly (filter clean) and annual (full service) checklists. We service the indoor and outdoor units, clean filters and coils, check refrigerant pressures, verify thermostat operation, and trim back any branches encroaching on the outdoor unit (also on the manual's annual list).

Standard split or ducted system, single zone. Multi-zone +$80 per additional zone.
