Plumbing, run by the people who build the home.
The expensive plumbing failures happen at the seams between trades. We close the seams by employing the plumbers, putting them on the same site team as the carpenters, and keeping a written record of every concealed run before plaster or screed covers it.
Why we do it in-house.
Most builders sub their plumbing out. The plumber arrives on a Tuesday, the carpenter is there on the Wednesday, the waterproofer the Friday — and the seams between those visits are where future leaks live. The detail that should have been set out together gets set out three times, once by each trade.
Varloch Plumbing is a trade division of Varloch Group. The plumber on your job is on the same payroll as the site manager, uses the same daily log, and is held to the same photographic record standard as the framing crew. When a manifold goes in, the person who set it out is the person who gets called if anything ever needs to come back out.
We also run plumbing-only work. You don't need a full Varloch build to use us — most of our standalone clients are past Varloch homeowners who got used to the way we report.
