The engineering behind the design.

This home sits along the edge of a cliff and was in need of structural remediation and accessibility upgrades.

The plan.

We reinforced the structure, managed drainage across difficult topography, and introduced ambulant access features throughout. Internal spaces were reconfigured for flow and functionality, resulting in a safe, stylish, and fully accessible family home.
