The engineering behind the design.

This project involved the unification of two adjoining properties and the takeover of a site mid-build. With approvals already in motion and work underway by a previous builder, we stepped in to bring clarity and quality control.

The plan.

We consolidated the DA and built a refined home across two formerly separate lots. Careful structural analysis was conducted to verify all prior works, and project sequencing was recalibrated to ensure delivery with minimal rework. Key challenges included terrain transitions, material changes, and aligning two differing original build standards.
