Bilgola Plateau, NSW

Bilgola Plateau sits on the Barrenjoey Peninsula on Sydney's Northern Beaches, betweenNewport to the south and Avalon and Clareville to the north. Bilgola Plateau crowns the peninsula, rising 164 meters above the ocean beach to provide amazing views to most of the Houses.

What we did.

This started as an owner with a dream to build their forever home. It was an old fibro house built on a double block. Once the house was pulled down the owner learned the shortcoming of becoming a homeowner-builder. Varloch was approached with 10% of the construction complete and lacking complete plans and documentation.

We approached this build as a ‘design and construct’ contract.  Which the client loved as they had some amazing and beautiful Ideas that they were able to develop throughout the construction. With breathtaking views and open plan living and kitchen the clients designed an amazing home which included a butler’s pantry, Cinema, 4 Bedrooms, 2 en-suite, plunge pool & spa, and a state of the art fireplace.All these make this homes entertaining space integrate beautifully.
